Balise Auto of Warwick is opening its Subaru showroom Friday May 15.

The move follows the opening of its new 114,000 square foot Toyota Scion dealership at the Post Road location. Crews converted the old Toyota building into the new Balise Subaru facility.

"With Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, Scion and now Subaru, we offer customers a one-stop shopping experience with over 18 acres of new and used cars and trucks to choose from at one location," said company president Jeb Balise in a prepared news statement.

The Subaru service department will open on Monday, May18. All Balise service and parts departments in Warwick are open extended hours, including Wednesday evenings until 8 pm and every Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.

This is definately great news!
Now, I can say farewell to Anchor subaru and hello Balise Subaru!

Everytime my car needs service, I had no choice but Anchor Subaru because it was the closest.
I had to put up with their bad tech service, and unfriendly/snobbish staffs. For instance, I walked pass a staff member. NO hello, how you doing, can I help you with anything?
They just stare at you like wtf you want?

When it comes to warranties, Anchor Subaru doesnt want to honor it. They will get you to run in circles until your warranty runs out then began fixing things when you pay out of your own pocket.
All they care about is money, and they will try to cheat you. Which is not the right way to do business, long term that is.

Another thing, everybody that goes in for service, whether or not they bought their car with them, they automatically put their Anchor Subaru license frame on your car without the owner's knowledge so make it look like they sold the most Subaru in New england. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

I am looking forward to this new Balise Subaru dealer. I hope you treat your customers right so that you may have many long term customers especially Nasioc.com members.

There are many members that will travel great distances as long as you treat them well.

thats all I got to say.
good luck with your business.

I totally agree with what mm said above about anchor subaru. They automatically put their plate frame on my car without my prior knowledge or consent. When I took them off myself, the next time I went there for service they put them back on again!
I had to specifically tell them NOT to put them on my car!
Also, there service sucks. I had tire bead seal problems. They once told me that I had 2 small nails in the tire near the edge that could not be repaired. I looked myself and took the car to a tire place later the same day. No nails! Anchor Subaru actually told me I had to order a new tire!
Also a $350 charge for end links and bushings for a front end noise problem. Noise still there. Now they want $900 for front struts!
And I had a leaking sunroof; water coming in the back. Was told was sealed and okay $250 labor charge. Now water coming in again! Leak Not Sealed!

Anchor Absolutely Not #1!

As for Balise Subaru: played email tag with people there before going in for a new outback. Got the run around and screwed by their GM.
Not going back there; Not buying from Balise Subaru.

These people are assholes. They play games. They show one price online for a car, and then when you show up they try to say they dont know why the car was listed for that price online and try and sell you the same car for more in person. They wont honor their website prices.

Assholes, truly assholes. DONT BUY FROM BALISE, YOULL DO BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE!
